Me and wife, recently bought a Chery Tiggo Cross from Christine and had a really good experience. If you’re looking for a SA who isn't pushy, she’s the one. When I first went to the showroom at IOI Putrajaya, she didn’t pressure me to drop a booking fee immediately. Instead, she took the time to explain everything in detail, honestly much better than the experience I had at a different branch. She even offered a test drive, and let both me and my wife drive quite a bit to really feel the car. After that I willingly dropped a booking fee 😂. The whole process of submitting documents and getting the loan approved was very smooth and she kept me updated the whole time. Plus, she was really kind to my wife and son, which we appreciated. Before I forgot, she even helps me to sell my old car and follow up with me to ensure Carsome give me the best rate. Just a couple of things that could be improved or if can reverse the time that i will ask: 1)If I confirm buy this car, where i need to pickup? 2) As a new buyer, what should i check or inspect, because once we signed all the form, and we drove out the car, not all the thing can be claiming warranty. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Christine’s service. She’s a great SA and I’d definitely recommend her, just a small room for improvement on the delivery details!
